Here’s the first fully-built/sealed/painted/ready-to-go-out-on-the-water-and-hopefully-not-sink Liberum Dory. The first two are still being held in voluntary captivity up in Purchase. This is the boat we constructed in a 5 hour period at Build-It-Green in Queens, with an additional three days of work patching, sealing, reinforcing fragile spots and painting. We sealed with construction adhesive (PL) and painted with cast-off latex housepaint.
